Excellent Stay in a Safe Location
clean roomhelpful staff
The room was very clean with daily housekeeping services. The hotel managers were polite and ready to assist when needed. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, and the staff helped me recover it quickly. A special thanks goes to manager ABDELL, who was cheerful and attentive.
It was very difficult to use with luggage. The family room did not match the pictures online.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Madam Corinne at the reception was very sweet. She was very helpful. The other two gentlemen were also very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel for family or single stays.

The hotel has a good location in a safe area and is surrounded by restaurants. It is a very pleasant area for walking. The hotel is near many options for dining. I was grateful for the convenience.

cramped room
our room, a quadruple room, was also quite cramped. There was barely enough space to move around comfortably. the bathroom was particularly disappointing. It was so small that it was hard to turn around in. i found it surprising because i could not locate photos of the bathroom when i booked it online. the limited space detracted significantly from our stay.

i enjoyed the kind staff and appreciated the treats at reception and candies on my bed. i was happy to find a complimentary bottle of water in the room. a pain au chocolat was available at the check out counter and it was such a delicious touch!

there are nice restaurants and local markets close to the place. a bus station near the hotel provides convenient access to the next train station. you can easily find nearby cafes and restaurants for breakfast and other meals.

the quadruple room was spacious enough and the bathroom was a good size. separated toilet facilities added convenience with multiple people using them. the cleaning staff was amazing each day and kept our room super clean!

the location is very convenient near montmartre, sacre coeur, and gare du nord. guitar and music shops are right in the neighbourhood. the neighborhood feels safe and beautiful and allows walking to many attractions.

the staff is friendly and always ready to help you with anything. the receptionist was helpful and very nice to the children, i really appreciated that! they solved a reservation issue for me in a very positive manner.
